    I wish I could leave zero stars. This company is the worst of the worst. We took a load for them in December. Submitted the required paperwork as per our contract and had to strong arm them into paying us. They would not answer the phone, return calls, or respond to emails. I finally went directly to their customer for payment and include the entire C2C company on the email with the customer explaining what had transpired. Long story short, if you want to get paid you are going to have to force them to comply, reach out directly to the shipper and pray for the best. If you aren't willing to do this, run the other way and I mean quick!

    Coast to Coast Logistics has been my most reliable broker since we have started working together about 2 years ago. My sales representative, Brian Davis, has gone above and beyond expectations to ensure that every load goes as smoothly as possible. If any issues arise, he is on top of it right away and I rarely even know any problems occurred. I highly recommend this company for any freight you need moved.

    We did a load for this company over a month away and haven't gotten paid. Once the load was delivered, they stop responding to calls and emails. They asked for original BOLs, we mailed it in and still no payment.

    Had a positive experience with Johnatan Davis at Coast to Coast. Good price and quick transport from NY to MA. Truck driver was great keeping us informed for pickup times and drop off times. Flawless experience.

    Guys beware of these time wasters, I need a car transport, made a call on Saturday 7/24. The associate that i was working with was Mike Garcia. Mike told me that he would get a driver guaranteed for Wednesday 7/28 for $150 for their company and $750 for the driver. He told me that he would contact me on Tuesday to let me know what time the driver will stop by and pickup the van. So Tuesday came along I called Mike no answer the entire day and voicemail was full and received no call back from Mike or anyone from the company, so i contacted the driver. Driver told me that Mike told him he was gonna use a different driver so i contacted Mike (P.S FINALLY ANSWERED) and Mike told me that the driver said that he wasn’t gonna do the delivery. So then Mike told me that a driver will come by on Thursday to pickup the van. The driver never showed up and I contacted him just so he could tell me that another driver was gonna pickup the van. At this time i was so fed up. They have no communication with their customers and their drivers. On top of that Mike charged my card $150 for Absolutely Nothing. Never showed, Never pickup the van and Mike had the audacity to charge me $150. I contacted another company and within the 30 mins after calling them they got me a driver and got the car delivered safe and sound the next day. Thank You So Much Mike Garcia For Absolutely Nothing and For Having The Audacity to Charge Me $150 for “ Great Service “ !!!!!
