    Shipped pallets of products to customer and they were completely unpalletized and concrete products broken and missing units ( 18 products per pallet - stacked 3 wide and 6 high). Not to mention 1st attempt at delivery they brought the wrong truck (had to pay extra) and did not call the customer to give a delivery window. Claim department is nonexistent! Total loss on shipment $1429.58 Will never use again. MT customers will have to find other freight forwarders for building materials from our area.

    My 3 STAR rating is an average of two extremes in service: 1 STAR for the routing operations that lost the shipment (200 miles from origination to destination) for nearly four weeks. 5 STARS for the Customer Service Rep (Lisa O) who worked so diligently to ultimately locate the shipment and for the Missoula terminal staff (Evan & Christian) for accommodations and expertise on final delivery.

    CCFS was in charge of delivering nine boxes of storm windows to our home. Despite the boxes clearly stating "Do Not Lay Flat!" and "Fragile", the boxes were delivered to us laying flat on a pallet. And we only received seven of the nine boxes. The driver stated that he couldn't deliver the other two boxes because they were broken. If they had read the marking on both sides that plainly stated "Do Not Lay Flat!", maybe the other boxes wouldn't have been broken. Really sad to see a trucking company that can't even understand rudimentary instructions that say "Do Not Lay Flat!".
