TRUCKERS BE AWARE!!
I would give this place 0 star if I could. The worst cross dock ever. They are such big scammers. When I got there to get my load fixed(2 pallets), they told me that they will charge me $95 per hour and I had to wait for a few hours before they started, which I don’t mind, so basically it only took them 2 hours to do the job but somehow my bill came out to be $1100 because they charged me for the full 5 hours including the time I was just waiting for them to start working on my truck. They claim to be 24/7 but still charge an additional $150 for after hours. They charged extra 200$ for forklift and $250 for storage which was not mentioned at first. I was shocked by the invoice and when I asked them to take off the unnecessary things, they denied and took out some of my load so I couldn’t leave without paying, but I obviously was not going to pay the unnecessary amount. I had to literally tell them that I was going to call 911 and that’s when they calmed down a little and took off the things. I’ll attach my invoice below and you can clearly see the $590 discount they applied. The worst experience I’ve ever had with anyone in this industry. Would not recommend going here.
10/19/22 showed up and just so happened to call the number got unloaded within the hour fast smooth and easy process big wide open space for truckers no need to worry plenty of overnight parking thanks for the easy process mike!!!!
