Rick helped me out with a multi-stop load on a holiday weekend, outstanding service!

My carrier company delivered a load for Alpine Logistics successfully, but when we tried to submit an invoice through our factoring company, Alpine said they require the original bill of lading which we sent to their business address. A week later our factoring company reaches out to us saying that there is a problem with that invoice because Alpine did not receive our BOL and does not want to pay us. I contacted our factoring company to tell them that we had in fact, sent in the required original BOL and they spoke with alpine logistics but came to no agreement. It is sad because we held up our end of the contract and did everything fairly and we expected the same from alpine. I cannot say that I recommend this company. In fact, I would advise AGAINST working with them if you want to actually get paid for the work you do.

I have been working with the company for around three years. Some of the best people in the industry hands down.
