    This was the second time Armstrong moved my mother and both times we have been extremely satisfied with their service. We had packed everything and the movers arrived on time and quickly loaded the truck. They arrived at the destination the next day on time and unloaded our goods as if it was their own property. I was very impressed. This is a company that is the opposite of all the bad moving stories that are told. I highly recommend this company.

    The scheduler worked hard to accommodate several last minute changes with our move and was very professional in all dealings. The day of the move, the packers showed up promptly and worked diligently to quickly pack and load all of our belongings. When they got to our new location, they quickly unloaded the truck and helped to set up all appliances and furniture. While unpacking, I expected to find some broken items as this usually occurs in any move, but I was pleasantly surprised that none of our fragile items, including several antique pieces were completely intact with only one picture glass being broken (but I think that I did that, not the movers). I would highly recommend this company for any short or long term move!! Thanks!

    I can't say enough good things about my experience with Armstrong Warehouse & Transfer. The team was very professional and considerate of our home and wishes. We felt that they treated our furnishings as if they were their own. Best of all, they always came exactly when they said they would. this company has our highest recommendation!

    First of all, CONGRATULATIONS to 75yrs of service! Armstrong Warehouse & Transfer is a fantastic company to do business with. We have stored some things with them in the past and they have taken really great care of them. Susan is very professional, and her employees always make sure our things are in great hands! We could not thank them enough for all that they do! Highly recommend!

    We decided to give them a try May 2022. They were set to help us move from Port Lavaca to a house we sold to our new plave in Victoria. They were set to arrive at a certain time to help move us from our home in Port Lavaca to another and they were an hour and 45 minutes late. First red flag. Then when we thought they had grabbed everything, and we had already arrived in Victoria, our realtor called upset saying that stuff was still left in the house. The movers did not grab our dining room table. How you could forget a dining room table? It was one of the most biggest items in the house. So we all had to turn around to go pick up the table and for us to let them in. Which means more gas for us and time and of course more time and gas for them. Again, they took awhile. So heading back out for a second time they stopped to grab something to eat and restroom break, no biggie, because people have to eat and go to restroom, no problem there so we waited at our new place in Victoria. We ended up waitingfor at least 2 and a half hours for them to drive over to our new place. A lady from their office had arrived to where we were to apologize because she said worker got sick and they had to drop him off...but two and a half hours? We dont live in Houston we live in Victoria and Port Lavaca to Victoria is a 20 minute drive. Of course when we received our invoice we were overcharged for their constant mistakes that day and they stated we used them a long time. It was an easy move as well loterally almost sold everything in our house because we were moving into a smaller place. We called and they took some money off after we reminded them how that day was dragged on due to them. Fast forward to February 2023. I talked to my husband and we both agreed people deserve second chances because we all have bad days and so we decided to give Armstrong Warehouse another chance. Called February 17th to schedule them to move us February 28th. No problem the lady said they had plenty of openings that day as well as March 1st, March 2nd, and actually said she has quite a few openings all in March. Big mistake!! Received a phone February 23rd at 9am saying they couldnt move us after all because theyre completely"booked" and they actually dont have any openings whatsoever in March at all. I have the voicemail still as well. They also sent a text saying we could use Prosperity Movers. How could they leave us hanging 5 days before our move date?! I knew it was a personal decision because they probably felt like they lost out the first time even though that entire day was their mistake. The lady kept saying her boss said they actually were booked those days and the entire month. Poor communication. Poor customer service. And overall the wrong way to make a customer feel....helpless. I ended up finding Yall Call I Haul. He was very professional and communicated with us the entire way through, and got us on the schedule with no problem. I will not give them a second chance.
