I rushed to get a load delivered. I sent emails updating my location. Upon my arrival I learned that they needed a crane to unload my trailer. The National average for a layover is currently $500.00 and I only received $250.00
After being disappointed by other brokers I have worked with in the past, I moved to RedHawk primarily due to their great technology platform. But I was then absolutely delighted by everyone in this company who goes above and beyond to provide incredible customer service. They are extremely knowledgable, responsive, and committed to making us (and our end customers) happy.
It's safe to say that they are quickly becoming so much more than a vendor - a true, valuable partner to my business. I cannot recommend this team enough.
I work with this company on a regular basis and they always provide an efficient, positive, and communicative experience. Everyone I have spoken to has been informative and responsive. Any documents I need are sent in a timely manner, all my questions are answered thoroughly, and their attitude is pleasant the whole time. Their rates seem to be very competitive in an ever-changing market, which makes my end smoother with my clients as well. I would absolutely recommend this team of employees.
Salesman sat on a request for project cargo for 4 days originally stating they handle the product for other clients. Later after chasing him down he said they couldn't handle the project due to an inability to handle cargo. If you can't handle domething don't say you can but worse, don't waste a week not telling someone you can't
