Romex has always been great to work with. I've been working with them for close to 10+ years? They have great communication and the quality of service is unmatched.

Worst brokerage company to deal with had to call multiple times just for payment statues no one is organized no one knows whats going on when payment will be out and etc. Payment was due on the 4th of April was told on Friday by Diana check was printed on Thur the 4th but wast mailed out missed the cut off time but will be mail on the 5th I waited for the check Monday nothing waited on Tue nothing called again received a copy of the check which stated it was printed on the 1th of April waited again no check on wed called Diane was given another story this time that the check was printed on Monday the 8th and mailed out the 9th and when I told her that the copy she sent over stated the check was printed on the 1st she said she doesn't know what is going on talk to accounting i am just a dispatcher will when it comes down to accounting no one picks up this was just a partial that our company did and no payment getting a run around every time I call ...every one in this company are lairs We did our job nice and clean but now we are still working just to get our money for our job owed from before. please if you don't want to get harassed like us please save yourself and don't load for this company they do not honer there promises.
