a year agoI came at 10:45 and my appointment at 11 am. They give me door after all check in process done about 15 minutes. I have live unload, u have to tell them if u have live load or unload. Unloading process less than 1 hour for full trailer. Maybe they are not busy. Good and clean facility, friendly staff. Clean restrooms.

9 months agoArrived one day late, because my truck damage all battery, and wait one day for road services guy. But the warehose staff take my load and unlonding fast, and put me back to the road. Thx warehose staff for help me to be empty. Nice place to do delivery, from main gate security guy is nice to.

Kay is the sweetest she checked me her smile and kindness was so appreciated and a very special thank you to Hector who came to my aide to cut my two seals off. Plenty of space to back in. Clean restrooms as well.

a year agoUpdate, the witch is gone, the ladies that check you in now are very pleasant and efficient. I appreciate their great customer service. Horrible girl that takes your bills is a real lunatic, very rude. it took 1 hour and half to get out of that office to do a drop and hook, with only 4 people in front of me. Selena needs to get a job she can handle. Maybe sweeping the parking lot is more her speed.
