Their receiving hours is 0700 to 1500. I had a 10am appointment I arrived at 3am and parked on the street in front of the gate. (Don’t block the gate!!)They started arriving around 6:30. They put me on door at 0700 I was unloaded and leaving at 0800.
My husband works here and it's a great place. Friendly staff. If you need products, they will get it ready for you fast and efficiently. Your company needs cold storage? Call them up. They will give you a great price.

Nice people fairly small place. Didn't seem to have a large staff. Appointment time for pick up was 7a.m . Was put on a dock within 15 minutes of check in but didn't get done loading and out of there till just after 1p.m do not follow google maps directions if tell you to get off on front street exit. You will end up on residential street going behind the facility with almost no way to get turned around. Take main street exit. at light where automotive museum is follow that street for about 1 mile make the right at 4way intersection before bridge and you go all the way to end of street to facility
I loaded there today and megan Whitten was great. She was very friendly, very professional, and over all great to work with. I wish more people in the cold storage industry could be like her.
